Where is a nice scenic place to camp, would like room for dogs and hopefully dog run.

Lake Texoma State Park at Kingston is right on the lake. I haven't been there in several years but it was nice. Do a google search and there should be pictures.

There are a bunch of Corps of Engineer Parks at Lake Texoma both in Texas and Oklahoma most with fifty amp hookups. Here's a link that lists them.
