Jim:
Any chance that you can post a build sheet in the "Excel " spreadsheet format like you did for the 16 models?
Thanks again for all your time and efforts
looking forward to meeting you in the future
Rich
Yes. This was a very low ordered item (less than 5%) - so it was made a DIO (dealer installed option).Has Heartland stopped putting a stacking washer and dryer in the landmark? Looking at the build sheet it is not listed as an option.
Post #1 has been updated with Landmark MSRP for 25-Oct-2017.
It is almost 44 feet long also. So I'm sure that adds some. That's a big jump in price. The Newport without the MOR/ryde IS, slide tray and slide out toppers is the same price as it was with all those extra options several months ago.

This is a brand new floor plan. Just coming on line. Midyear has nothing to do with it really. It just cost more to produce than the others. That does not compute ........
The new base MSRP is an almost 7% jump from the spring time MSRP, or almost 4% more then the Goshen price with no additional value. Big jump for a mid model year increase.
I believe you are talking Newport. I was referring to the Pheonix. I did not compare prices on the Newport. This is a brand new floor plan. Just coming on line. Midyear has nothing to do with it really. It just cost more to produce than the others.
