Landmark 365 MSRP

I believe you are talking Newport. I was referring to the Pheonix. I did not compare prices on the Newport.

Apples to oranges. You are talking about something relating to my comment that I did not bring up.

That's a big jump in price. The Newport without the MOR/ryde IS, slide tray and slide out toppers is the same price as it was with all those extra options several months ago.

I see MorRyde Suspension listed, but I don't see MorRyde Independent Suspension. It probably comes with the SRE4000 suspension.

Again, apples to oranges. The above was not what I said or represented.

What I did post was:

What I mean be that is if you take the MSRP sheet that was available at Goshen that included the extra value package of MOR/ryde IS, GY G-114's, the tray, disc brakes, steps etc,
the current MSRP is almost the same (within a hundred $$$) without the MOR/ryde package.

For example:
At Goshen the Newport spec'd with our options and the MOR/ryde package had an MSRP of 134,433.
The same trailer priced with todays posted MSRP and without the MOR/ryde package is 134,371

The MOR/ryde package at Goshen had a perceived value of $11,000 and a net cost to the buyer of $7,000. Those were advertised numbers on the flyers at Goshen.

That does not compute ........

The new base MSRP is an almost 7% jump from the spring time MSRP, or almost 4% more then the Goshen price with no additional value. Big jump for a mid model year increase.

I ran the same numbers using the 3 price points of this year and the four Landmark models that were available throughout the year the price jump is about the same.

I guess the Morryde package was just a National Rally price. I'm glad I didn't purchase then, because I like the Pheonix, and it's still not out.

My take on it was that it was a sales leader to judge interest for future builds.
Although I don't think a single time offering at an event no one in advance knew it would be offered is a good indicator.

Unless something recently changed, in June, all units in the LM, BH, BC plant were getting MorRyde CRE3000 suspension.

Just noticed also on MorRyde's site, the SRE4000 is only tested and rated up to 7K axles, whereas the CRE3000 is tested and rated up to 8k.

Hi Kathi,

To my knowledge, there's no plan to replace the Arlington. That said, who knows what the Concord will be? I actually don't know yet but when I am updated on it and am given the green light to talk about what it is, I will do so.

Maybe it's a supersonic jet-like RV :)

The Landmark MSRP has been temporarily removed as it's undergoing revisions. Apologies. Hope to have it updated and back online soon.

Any chance Heartland reveals the "concord" floorplan at the Hershey, Pa RV show....

have any idea of time frame for the new msrp on lm

I’ll ask Corp about this. My sense is I’ll have to wait to get an update in mid-September.

In the meantime, consider calling Heartland and ask for Landmark Sales. They should be able to answer specific questions. 877-262-8032.
