LCI Lippert on a 2018 Bighorn 32RS, Low voltage error reading

The LCI box reads low voltage, and operates erratic, sometimes goes up but have to play with it to get it to retract. Batteries were new in May. I checked the obvious ground wires on battery, but need some direction.

Check the 12v mini breaker going to the battery from the converter. Do the jacks work when plugged into shore power?

It works with or without shore power, or I should say it has functions, not always what you want sometimes it goes up but won't retract. You can hear a click but usually won't react. I'm not sure where the mini breaker is
