leaking slide

We have a 2015 Heartland Sundance 3380RL. During a heavy rain storm water pooled on top of the door side slide and leaked into the unit soaking the rug and floor. As far as we can tell nothing was stuck in the outside seal and the slide was level and fully extended properly. Has anyone else experienced this or has a possible reason for this happening.

Hi MSchadtle,

It's possible the slide might need a little adjustment to seal when extended. Also, when they fully extend, they may "settle" as they finish extending, and may be angled down very slightly for water runoff rather than pooling.
