I just finished a couple days at the Heartland retail service center in Elkhart, and mentioned to them as a last minute repair that both theater seat heaters had failed.
I was a bit surprised, but they were able to replace just the heater pads in the seats, and both now work great again. Perhaps Lippert was experiencing enough failures that they made a replacement kit available.
So if you have broken heaters, I hope this helps!
A big shout out to Daryl and the crew for their hard work. First time in 17 months my Bighorn has been at 100%!
Another interesting note, both of my ac units were removed and reinstalled at my request to check for damage from numerous leak events. As part of the repair, they added some rubber/foam feet...and I now have much quieter air conditioners....maybe 25% noise reduction.
