Losing Slideouts in motion

Has anyone heard of any Heartlands losing their slideouts while in motion? Keystone has issued a recall for 1529 2015 units because the fasteners that attach the expanding room to the sliding mechanism cable may fail. Might be something we all need to keep an eye on.

There have been some reports in these forums of slides working loose and sliding out while traveling but it hasn't been anything widespread.
