LR/Kitchen slide lubrication

I'd like to lube our living room and kitchen slides. The living room slide stuck at the top last time out. The same slide had been squeaking and making quite a bit of noise when it went in and out. I bought a can of slide lube. I'm not sure where to put it (no wise cracks!). Can you help.

Blaster Garage Lubricant. Works better that the stuff that is sold for slide lubricant. Doesn't leave a film for dirt to stick to. Quiet almost instantly.

When I do mine, and I just use spray spray lithium grease, I spray the rack and pinion as well as the sides of the square tube.
You should see where that tube rubs as there will be a wear mark on it.
Spray anything metallic that moves or rubs.

Peace

Thanks, Dave. That's exactly what I need to know.
