Hello all!
I have been doing a lot of searches and haven't found too much info on this. My Mallard is a 2017, it's been great so far but on my last road trip with the family the slide started making a noise when it is sliding in, but not out. The tension on the cables and chains seem normal, nothing jumps out at me as wrong. The only thing I noticed was that the rubber seal on the bottom is torn in one spot. Everything seems to be pretty concealed from both the bottom (outside) and inside. I guess I need to remove the carpet to see what is going on?
My wife did catch the edge of the slide on an open cabinet door, it may have tilted the slide - it didn't seem too serious but I have no idea how sensitive these are. Where ought I begin?
Thanks all!
