Other than the user manual that comes with the unit, I personally haven't seen one. On our unit, it recommends reducing the cooking temp by 25 degrees and trying to use the round rack so that whatever you're cooking rotates (or you have to rotate the pan by hand throughout the cooking cycle).
Using these simple suggestions, we've had great success using the convection microwave.
Preheating is an important step.Getting ready to take the new Ashland out for a week. Does anyone have a really good cook book or any advice on how to do the best with the convection/microwave oven?
Also, make sure your microwave vent opening is unlocked from the outside!
