Heartland is heads and tails above Keystone. Keystone made the latest addition of Good Sam Highways magazine for apparent customer no service. Turning radius is good, but caring about owners and providing great customer service is more important.

Well Mark Krol, my short bed chebby truck and the ol' horn have made more than a 90* turn and I still have the same back glass that came in the truck. BTW, I dont have to duck when Im in the BR like I did in a Montana. Are some of them still breaking the frames in 1/2?? Bob:D

Hi all,

I feel it is time to go ahead and close this thread up. The claim is interesting and it has been passed onto Heartland corporate.

Thanks to those who noticed it, to Alan for getting a Keystone response and to everyone who has commented on it.

If I was able to refute it on my own, I would do so but I just don't have all the facts. Rest assured if any action is required, it's in the hands of the corporate office now.

Thanks.

Jim
