The reason they may not match is because they are using a different technique to generate the decals. When the original decals are produced in mass quantities, they probably use a silk screened or 4-color print technique. When I inquired about ours, I was told if original decals no longer existed, they would have them reproduced digitally, using a "one-off" type of inkjet printing...and thus they may not match the previous originals.

I have a 2010 year model BH 3410 that the front decal (BIG HORN) has shrunk to the point that it is pealing around the edges. Rather than spend the money for new decals, I am considering just removing the BH name letting people guess the name of the RV. The chore that lies ahead is how to remove the bad decals. Any suggestions?

Heat gun is the way the remove most vinyl graphics. My problem has been bug juice. I have previously used Rejex and am now using 303, and where the bugs splatter, the front decal seems to dissolve, leaving pock marks.
