New Landmark Delivery

Picked up my new San Antonio 2 weeks ago from Camping World in Kissimmee Florida, the condition of the delivered RV was horrible, took it to Camping World in Winter Garden for all the needed repairs, excellent facility.

Bob, its sad that some dealers take your money and provide bad service. Glad you found someone to do the repairs correctly. Just so you know, if you get bad service from a dealer, you can call HL and they will find someone to do the repairs in your area. It might be an independent service only shop.

have not really been impressed by Heartland either, called them about the 2 fender braces that had rotted off my new Landmark while it sat at the dealership and was informed that Heartland does not warrant against rust and if the dealer wished to they could fix it as a gesture of goodwill! I was thinking after reading these forums that Heartland was better than other manufacturers, apparently I was mistaken.
