Congratulations on the new Landmark 365 and welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum. There's lots of useful information here along with a great bunch of friendly and helpful people.
When you pick up the new rig, take your time during the walk-through to make sure you understand the operation of everything in the rig and get all your questions answered. You might want to have someone else video the walk-through so you can review it later - there's a lot to remember.
It'd also be a good idea to have the tech demo the winterizing controls, including the cutoff valve for the residential refrigerator water feed line. Locate the water pump (which may require they take down the basement wall), and while in there, check that the water line twist-on connections are snug. Good idea to do that under sinks as well.
Feel free to ask questions on the forum, but also take advantage of the search function. Someone may have already answered the question you have. And of course you can browse threads in the appropriate sub-forum to check prior questions and answers.
