Hi, Doreen. I hope you enjoy your 3010RE as much as we do! Here is how the gas line situation was for us. Everything worked properly with the slide in the out position, on LP. But when you close the slide all the way in, the fridge would show an error code and make a warning chime. What I found was the rubber gas line at the rear of the slide. Is zip tied to the support that holds the wiring for the slide out. Its tied in a way that when the slide closes, it makes such a tight turn at the end that it kinks itself to the point that there is no LP flowing through. What I did was cut the zip ties for the LP line, and tied it in a more relaxed manner. You can keep the wiring tied as it is from the factory. If you get under the rear of the slide out you will easily see what I'm talking about. And it should only take a few minutes to fix. Allen
