I am staying in Tennessee in 2015 Bighorn 3010 and will be in RV through winter while house is built. The lows only get to mid 20s- What precautions should I take during this time? I’ve stayed in sierras in brothers beater toy box that isn’t insulted for s#$# and had no problems with cold in the teens.

We took delivery of our Oshkosh in December of 17. It too doesn’t have the Yeti option. The temps plummeted to 0° the beginning of January and I too was concerned. One thing I didn’t do is have water to the ice maker. Plus I had installed remote temp sensors in the bottom where the tanks reside, the utility area where the water hook up is, and the basement. At no time did the tank area go below 38° (even at 0°). We did run the furnace holding off running the electric fireplaces.

I am comfortable that we could withstand low 20’s with no issues.
