Norco1210 3 studs for flapper pins

Help! On the left inside side there are 3 silver studs for the flapper pins to compress. The bottom stud is getting so hot it’s melting the plastic around it! Can anyone help me? I don’t know what these studs are far. I have searched everywhere without any luck! Help

The flapper is equipped with a 12V DC moisture reduction heater. Sounds like you may need to replace the flapper.

As a temporary workaround, you might try putting electrical tape over the pin contacts to cut the electrical flow.
