Norcold 2118s mode control

The Bighorn 2016 is one year old.
To any one out there has anyone had the Control Mode button on your fur door 2118 model fridge stop functioning?
Also, is the a shop manual out there to for DIY person out there?
As w pulled in and was setting up, and went to change from running in gas manual mode to Electric mode and the button had no response... Help..

There may be the possibility that you have no ac power to the fridge. Check the breaker and the plug in the back to make sure it didn't come unplugged.

Why do you manually change the mode? If you leave it in automatic, it will change the mode by itself.

You might try spraying some electrical contact cleaner into the crevices of the switch, and repeatedly working the switch.

You can get eyebrow (controls panel) circuit boards for most refrigs from Dinosaur Electronics (RVCoolingunitwarehouse.com sells them).

Well, It's are first travel trailer and the place where we purchased it they need to be a little more in formative.

Well, Today was very informative, Went Hilltop RV in Escanaba, MI, and spoke with the parts department. We talked directly with a norcold Tech.
Pulled the Eye Brow control mode switch off to see e problem. The electrical contact on the back side, 1/ inch square was tilted out form the circuit board.
So, for a temp fix i pushed it back in and a dab of super glue did the trick to switch it back to auto mode.
Put it back together and am going to leave it until a part comes in.

No, the electrical parts cleaner did not work, thanks

It sounds like that connector just needs a re-solder job. Any competent electronics tech (tv service center?) could do this. Did you order a new eyebrow circuit board assembly? BTW, Dinosaur Electronics says they build the boards to higher standards than do the OEM refrigerator companies.
