Norcold dual door fridge

Has anyone had issues with the door coming open while going down the road ? We get to our campsite and find door must have open and stuff out on the floor

Never from the fridge, but the freezer! At least the items were still partially frozen and only one freezer door opened and closed itself as well. Do not put heavy stuff on top of the metal wire freezer shelf, and we always use spring bars for each shelf in the fridge to keep everything on the shelves as we drive.

I have to strap the door handles together on our residential fridge.

On each handle there are small slide pins that latch to lock the doors on mine.

ours has those too and I can sometimes pull on the door and it opens I got a Teflon washer and put under the one door but it still came open I'm going to try and fins a way to strap them

Just realized those slide pins are for holding the doors slightly opened when the fridge is not in use to allow air circulation. Sorry for the bad advice. They latch fully with the doors slightly ajar.
