Good Morning,
We have a 15 Torque 297 with the Norcold (either) N611 or N811 fridge.
We are at roughly 6000f and it was below freezing last night.
Last night and this morning the fridge was working fine on AC. We noticed the light had switched from AC to LP and the light wasn't coming on inside. Our propane is not on.
We cannot even turn the fridge off. No matter what combo we use on the power button the LP (yellow) light is on and steady. (Even turning off all power and disconnecting battery)
We have turned all power off (main breaker) and disconnected shore power.
We have tried to turn on the propane. No propane flow, no flame ignition.
There is power to the plug, the fuse and the board. (tested with OHM meter)
We have successfully played stump the chump and are lost. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Shawna Frinell
