He has the old 7.3 diesel engine. Great engine because it was before all the pollution junk was put on the engines.

We still have three older Fords with an 89 being the oldest now. They are 89,93,99 (F250,F350,F550) with 7.3's and only the 99 with a Turbo. All have over 250K and are still going. We have had to replace the wiring for the injectors and the HP oil pump on the 99 but no major reparis on the 89/93 and they have been ranch trucks all there lives. Bale beds and year round ranch life is tough and these trucks are still going used every day.
