I just received a call from our dealer in Boise and and the service rep, Harvey, told me the Bighorn returned from Heartland, but the crack above the slideout returned.
He called Heartland and Chris told him to ship it back to Heartland. So now our Bighorn is again heading to Heartland without us. Heartland is taking care of the problem and that is what really counts. Because it is Winter and we are staying at home, the only thing the Bighorn was doing here was holding all of the stuff we had to remove before sending it back to the factory. Harvey, the service rep at Nelsons has been keeping me advised and updated and even said he would talk to Heartland about the tire damage caused by the defective axels, and the many miles it has traveled from Boise to Elkhart twice.
I can't say enough about how Heartland is taking care of us. You hear so much negative things about the factory and Lippert, and never the good things they do.
Well here is a pat on the backs of all of the folks at Heartland and Lippert.
