Part # for seals for a 2009 BH 3670rl

The seals on the slides need to be replaced, but I can't seem to find just what I need. I was wondering if anyone could share a part number or company which I can purchase these?

I haven't removed the seal yet, and didn't realize it was actually 2 pieces until you mentioned it. Thanks for the links!
