Picking up new Elkridge tomorrow!!!!!!

Hi everyone!! DH and I are so excited -we are picking up our new Elkridge tomorrow!! We bought a Forest River Wildcat (used) just to see if we liked RV'ing. We are Hooked!!!! We wanted a rig that is all ours and we have chosen the ER QS34RL. I've been reading the posts here and everyone seems so helpful and friendly! We look forward to jumping in and attending rallies etc to get to meet some of you nice folks!! Will post pictures of the new ER soon!!

Hi Diane,

Congratulations on your new Elkridge and welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum. There's quite a bit of useful information here along with a great bunch of friendly and helpful people. And of course we all like to enjoy each others company at local, regional and national rallies.

There's a North Texas and a South Texas chapter of the Owners Club, so we have double the rally opportunities. Ann and I recently went to both the North TX rally in Santo, and the South TX rally a few weeks later in Montgomery.

Maybe we'll see you in October in Canton .

Dan thank you do much for the warm welcome!! We look forward to getting to know many Heartland owners! We will certainly consider the rally in Canton. We are about 45 miles south if Wichita Falls so Canton would be a nice get-a-way for us!!

Welcome aboard the Heartland Owners Forum and family. Just make all the rallies you can... You will meet and and make friends for a lifetime.

A bunch of them Okies have a rally just across the state line on IH35 at one of them casino places a couple times a year also.. so that would not be to far for you to meet some folks... even a few Texans go there just to visit with them people that wishes they were Texans.
