what is the benefit of having this box?
Jerrod installed a Version 7.0 on my Landmark Monday afternoon.
With the Version 7.0 clear box mounted on the back of the pinbox, it is very accessible and the connections are all visible.
In addition, Version 7.0 has the safety feature of operating the trailer's emergency flashers and running lights from the coach's battery in the event the tow vehicle has to be unhooked from the trailer.
Jerrod installed a Version 7.0 on my Landmark Monday afternoon. The OEM junction box was inside the pinbox where it was difficult to access for inspection and repair. When removing the old box, Jerrod discovered the pigtail connector at the box had worked loose and the emergency brake wire was nearly worn in two. Thanks Jerrod!
Hope that helps.

That sounds like a pretty cool deal.
John - I could have used that feature the other day when I broke down on I-40 and needed to have the truck and RV towed separately.
How is that going?
Have they got you back on the road yet?
