I believe that all Heartlands are shipped with a standard (no shock absorption) Lippert pinbox. Pinbox upgrades (highly recommended by most all experienced large 5th wheel owners) are on your own dime. I bought a MorRyde rubber block pinbox for about $700 in 2009 with free shipping and no tax from Tweety's RV Parts in Texas. I recently had a RV repairer upgrade that to a Lippert AirRyde 1 axis airbag pinbox for about $1100.

You may be able to negotiate a deal through your selling dealer to include the pinbox in the purchase price. Many times the salesmen will do a lot of extra stuff to make a deal (read comission for them) happen.
