Plumbing and ELectric cover up

Used the plumbing covers from Heartland to cover and dress up basement plumbing and wire runs. Have to thank the Northeast leader, John, for the idea. One had no clearance issues and the other had to be built out a bit to compensate for drop in waste line and water lines.
