How about a PDI on CD included with each new coach. The PDI could be professionally done by the factory covering most major issues so newbies would know what a TV amplifier does or the difference between a gray tank and a black tank etc. The models do not change so dramatically from year to year so I mean you still need to chock the tires and put the landing gear down prior to unhitching.
