Power draw

My Mini Split draws 10amps on the 110v well (worth the investment by the way) what would I require to run it off the solar? I have a Magnum 2000 with four (4) 6v deep cycle batteries flooded looking to upgrade soon.

12 volts and 120 volts is a 1:10 ratio. Therefore, 10 amps on a 120 volt circuit would require 100 amps on a 12 volt circuit (ignoring small inverter power losses) according to Ohm's laws.

120 volts X 10 amps =1200 watts
12 volts X 100 amps = 1200 watts
