I have a 2014 Bighorn 3019RE and it has a problem with losing power when I open the slides or raise or lower the front legs. The Bighorn has a Lippert Level Up system and I had to replace the 50 amp circuit breaker for the unit with a 85 amp circuit breaker because it was constantly needing to be reset whenever I opened the slides or use the level up system. Now my problem is the slides and front legs will lose power for approximately 20 seconds whenever I am using it without shore power. For instance if you are attempting to raise the front jacks once hitched you push the switch and the legs will rise about 6 inches and stop. Wait approximately 20 seconds, push the switch and another 6 inches. Keep repeating this until it is finally completely raised. The circuit breaker does not pop off, it just loses power. I replaced the battery and that did not make any difference. According to the control panel on the level up system the battery appears to be fully charged. I have thought about adding a second battery. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to solve the problem.

Sounds like there is another breaker tied in the system somewhere.

Maybe a weak auto reset breaker tied into hydraulic pump.

You probably have a bad ground or loose cable causing the auto reset breaker to trip. I would start by checking your ground connection going to the frame of the RV. If it were me I would redo there ground with a bolt and a nut. Not the little self tapper they use.

Then tighten all +positive and -negative connections. Then figure out which one of the breakers is tripping and replace it. as it has been weakened from all of the previous tripping.
There are 2 possible breakers the main breaker before the main disconnect switch or the one in the row of breakers going to the pump.

If you're plugged into shore power, the control panel voltage level is the output of the Power Converter (13.2-13.6V DC), not the battery. If not on shore power, the control panel on the Levelup will probably read around 12.6 V - but you have to wait a few minutes after disconnecting shore power in order to get an accurate reading.

If something is overload the hydraulic pump, it'll draw too much power. If as Jerrod said the ground is poor or you have loose wires somewhere, it'll draw too much power.

And as Jon suggested, maybe there's another breaker in the circuit that's doing the tripping. Check the power into your 80 Amp breaker to make sure there's nothing in-between it and the battery that might be tripping.
