Looking for common issue I should be extra vigilant on when do a my per-delivery inspection. 32RS has been sitting on the lot for just over 90 days.

Have the dealer hook up to city water and check for leaks. Leaks are pretty common.
Have them explain how to de-winterize and re-winterize.
Get an explanation on how everything works.
Tires aired to the rating stamped in the sidewall.
Here is a link to an extensive PDI provided by member Oregon Camper. [LINK]

One thing we did on our current rig is we did a PDI two weeks before we went in to do a PDI and sign the final paperwork. We gave the dealer a list of things we wanted fixed before we would do the walk through. It was pretty amazing how efficient they were. Obviously all systems were not hooked up and working, but we got a lot of cosmetic stuff done which made getting into our new home quicker.

Have them demonstrate all TVs on all 3 feeds.... satellite, over the air, and cable.

Make sure all cable feed inlets in the UDC are as they are marked.

If it is at all possible, arrange to stay at a nearby campsite for 3-5 nights. There is nothing like actually using all the components to bring out anything that needs fixing. Let the dealer know what you are doing and that you expect that any issues be addressed by the dealer immediately, not 8- 12 weeks in the future. This also gives you a change to address really simple issues that are better done by yourself anyway.
