We ended up going with a dealer in Tallahassee, not too far from where we live. They beat the price of the dealer we were considering in Idaho (where we are originally from). At the end of the day for a brand new build with pretty much every option available we got 28% off MSRP including all taxes and fees. We feel comfortable with this and are looking forward to picking up our new home in January when it's delivered!

We ended up adding the double pane windows for the extra insulation and noise control, as most of you recommended. Thank you again for your help!

Be sure to torque up/ check the tightness of every pipe fitting you can find, especially under the sinks.
