Problem with Schwintek bedroom slide

We have a 2022 Heartland Road Warrior 397R. The bedroom/wardrobe slide goes out fine. When we press the switch to bring it in, there is no motor sound and slide will not come back in. Tried a hard reset of the battery, did not help. Pulled 5th wheel to sewer dump and tried again & it decided to work. Luckily we were able to get it home. Now slide is stuck out again and no sound when switch is pressed. We have camping trips planned in the next few weeks and need to get this remedied before we go. Where could we obtain a schematic of the trailer wiring?

For a schematic, you will need to contact Heartland, unless somebody has one from their files. When contact Heartland have the last 6 numbers of your VIN ready to give them.

check for loose wire/s, 1st thing I would do is check the rocker switch or replace it. Had rocker switch go bad on my landing gear it acted the same way.

This trouble shooting manual may help. It includes wiring and how to operate the on board controller diagnosis using flashing lights.

The first thing I would do is check the controller for a fault code. See error codes on page 6.
