Questions about pin placement on the rear bed.

There are several holes when you raise the top bunk in the garage area on the Fuel 305. Does it have to go all the way up or can you use the lower holes available?

Per Happijac bed lift:
ALWAYS.. Raise the bed(s) to the FULL UP position when the trailer is being towed TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE BED(s) as a result of bouncing.

If you are stationary in a park is it ok to leave it down a few for storage? I ask because it just sounds different when I do that

yes... but make sure its up and pinned/locked, and sitting slightly on the locks to releave some of the tension off the lift straps, when you travel....

if anyone is going to occupy one of the bunks, it needs to be fully down and not being held suspended by the lifting straps...

We do sometimes. Like mentioned, use a place where the weight of the bed is supported by the stops or the pins.
