Nice Doc! I miss flying too, I got about 10 hours behind the yoke of a C-172 out of the Aero Club here at Langley AFB before they closed it down. My son and I were both taking lessons. He wants to do it as a career and I just for fun so when we had to pay almost double to fly at the local airport I stopped so he could continue. He just about has his ticket now. so it has paid off.
I had logged 11k+ hours before I hung it up in 2001. Had a Piper Cherokee 6, a Piper Lance then the Beech 58 Baron. But I needed to get back to my Harley "career"/biker world and after 9/11 the private aviation world changed drastically and my kids were grown, so I sold the Baron and got back on the road. I miss it somewhat.
