Rear ac/heater wont heat ?

Hi all , just bought a 19 429 road warrior , has 3 a/c units and the rear is suppose to have the heat strip in it , i tried the heat function on low , high and automatic , thermostat set to 90 deg , no heat , any ideas ? THANKS .. Dennis

Try cycling thru the modes again and pass the "furnace" setting one more step....does it say "heat strip"? If so, keep fan on auto and try that setting.
