Rear Exterior Panel Separating From Exterior Sidewall

Hello all, We have a 2011 Sundance RE3100. Late last year I noticed the rear panel is seperating from the sidewall. I don't see any fasteners attaching the rear panel to the frame. I'm thinking I could peel the plastic trim bulb (that runs along the edge of the rear panel) out of its track, and insert screws under the plastic trim bulb and into the trailer structure. Has anybody else run into this problem? We haven't had any water leaks in the area.

That plastic trim you’re talking about is there to hide the screws under it. So you’re on the right track.

Looks like some luan backing has swelled. That could be delamination.
