rear slideout storage rack

I'm having issues with a bolt on the rear slideout storage rack hitting my sewer drain when sliding out. The dealor put a shorter bolt in and its still hitting the drain pipe. Any suggestions? 2011 Northtrail 21RBS

We don't have ours at home right now and I can't think of any bolts on ours, can you post some pics?
