I ended up buying the Goodyear G614. They are a little pricey, but I go down the road now with piece of mind. Of Course, anything happen with tires, but I am really comfortable with my purchase. My Opinion: The crap they put on these heavy RVs aren't with a S***.
What brand tires did you end up buying?

If you have a tire failure you need to file a complaint with NHTSA if you ever want better quality tires to show up in the RV market.

When you say "Blowout" that could mean a sidewall flex failure which is usually caused by low or leaking air. TPMS are designed to warn the driver of that situation so you can pull over safely. Maybe even before the tire & wheel are ruined.
The other mode of failure is not a "blowout" but is a belt/tread separation. This comes from long term high load, low inflation and high speed along with Interply Shear. Completely different cause. This can many times be discovered with close tire inspection.
