Replacing Body Part, Mallard

Hi All,
I have a Mallard 210RB.
Does anyone know the name of the low black panel in front of the fender skirt (see pic) and where I might order a replacement? I searched for skirt and panel skirt and get either the fender skirt or skirt you attach to protect the underside in the results.

I believe it is called a J-wrap.

It's commonly known as J-wrap. It might have other names as well.
You will most likely have to order through a dealer or Heartland directly. Shipping will be expensive.
