Replacing Icemaker line

Our 2016 3570 is 6 months old and has developed a leaky ice maker line for which I've turned off the water supply. We still have warranty but I would like to replace the line with tubing other than what was installed from Heartland.
Can anyone advise as to sizes and types of tubing that will serve as a better product replacement? What length line is needed? Thanks. Deb T

If you have the semi clear plastic water line that develops pin holes replace it with a residential type braided line that is available at any plumbing shop.
The one I purchased come in 6 ft lengths complete with end connections....so I needed 2 lengths for the Landmark

I replaced most of mine with1/4" braided stainless tubing, I will replace the rest of the line with the same thing this winter. Lowes stocks this in many different lengths.
