It's never easy to make that final decision with a beloved pet. The hardest thing I've had to do was to hold one of our felines as the final injection is made and let them slip away in my arms. And I've had to do it several times. The wife won't go with me on that final journey to the vet.

So sorry for you loss Jim! Lost my Tucker and Trooper both the last couple of years, never easy. They were both suffering a lot, it was nice to have a chance to say goodbye though. Lots of great memories. Know that she is in a better place and no longer suffering.
