The ceiling are so high how does everyone reach the controls and opening the roof vents in the cyclone. Our vents are not removed controlled. Any suggestions what people have done to use these vents more often.

Google “RV vent opener” and you will find products from several different places and a YouTube video to make your own.

The best thing to do is install a wall mounted thermostat for the vent control.... then you can work it manually or adjust the thermostat to come on automatically when it gets to your preset temperature... and shut off if it cools down the inside of the trailer enough..
