If you are traveling and come through Tulsa, Oklahoma beware of the Route 66 RV Park.
Located off of I-44/RT66 in Sapulpa, OK (Tulsa subburb). Recently I had some VFW business to do in Sapulpa so the wife and I decided to stay there in the fiver. I found what looked like a nice RV park according to the pics on their website.
When we got there we were greeted by a woman who was fighting on the phone with her husband and throwing alot of foul language. The sites were all paved but the water hookup was next to and lower than the sewar. We got to looking around after set up and the park was full of full-timers that looked pretty rough. Lot of late night drinking and partying. The dogs were allowed to run loose and no one cleaned up after them. My wife did not feel safe while I was gone. We were very displeased.
Just a warning, plan around it.
