Rubber roof cleaning/protection.

I've used products to clean my roof in the past, but would like some recommendations from others on what they prefer. I like the one-step cleaners/protectors for ease.

I use 3 or 4 gallons of water, a good squirt of Dawn, and about a 1/2 cup of bleach.

I use the one-step cleaners between a deeper cleaning when I use a separate cleaner (dawn or dicor product) then a roof conditioner.

I use a bucket of hot water with 1 cup of Murphy's oil soap and 1 cup of Spic & Span. Cleans great and does not affect the wax on the side b
