I just purchased a 3912 Cyclone from them on July 3.
Nice people to deal with..just make sure you take as much time as you need to ask question and take time to just sit inside your new unit and look around checking for issues.
I have had some minor issues and they and Heartland have been more than pleasent to deal with.
I have been reviewing the nationwide service plan even though I fix everything my self my wife would like to purchase it.
However before I purchase it I will have a very long list of questions that they will have to answere for me.
