I had the same problem with my Bighorn 3760 EL. The connections behind the UDC were hooked up to the wrong terminals (reversed). I discovered it by doing a continuity test. There is a barrel connector inside the underbelly near the kitchen slide. It was loose on both ends. The connector on the back of the cover plate where the tv hooks up was broken from the factory.

Probably the best solution in the end would be to get rid of all of the splitters and try to make homeruns from each area you might put the receiver and label them. No splitters allowed on the SAT in to Directv receiver.
