The terms of service pretty much prohibits it for mobile service. The dish can only be setup or provisioned by a certified installer (if your one to follow the rules). This is because of the risks and laws governing RF radiation exposure. There is a lack of portable or mobile automatic equipment since Mobilesat has exited the market. They can be very difficult to align properly.
I have had experience with both Starband and DirecWay in sticks and bricks fixed installations. They are expensive and generally fast, but highly latent connections. They are also highly bandwidth limited by their fair use policies, which throttle your speed based on daily usage.
