Screen door latch

The screen door on my 2018 heartland pioneer BH 175 won’t latch. Has this happened to anyone else and what’s the fix? Thanks

Nope.

After looking at the video that you posted to YouTube a while back it corrected my thinking. I see that you were referring to the screen door frame. I was thinking the trailer frame.
And that brings up a question. Since the screen door does not latch is there an adjustment on the screen door latch itself? I know that there is adjustment on some brand latches.

Its a poor design , its been adjusted as far as it can go , as usually this year its in the shop for warranty work now and that's a go
back item on the list lol the back splash even fell off the wall .
