Shower drain problems

Has anyone had there drain trap that is under the shower break off. Mine has completely broken off and allowed water to drain under the shower pan and to add insult to injury the warrenty expired two weeks ago. The shower pan is real flexible in the front of pan near door and appears that the trap is hitting the floor due to that flexing. I believe that my weight (220) lbs and the flexing of the shower pan has caused it to snap. The pipe snapped off right at the base of the shower drain. Any help would be appreciated...

On my previous trailer, non-Heartland, several owners had shower pan flexing and base cracking. They solved the problem by filling the space under the shower with an expanding foam like "Great Stuff". Access is probably difficult, but cutting away some of the floor could also give some extra room for the trap to move. However stopping the pan flexing would be best.
